Safe 'n Sound Employee Files
Heritage YMCA Group
MyPay Portal
Overview
The Heritage YMCA Group has implemented a secure, web based application for
employees to access payroll information. The application current allows you
to see the information in payroll about you, such as: Name, Address, Phone
Number, Federal and State Tax Information and information for Direct Payroll
Deposits. In addition, you have access to the last 2 years worth of pay
stubs. Please note that Vacation, Sick and Misc hours show 0 as we are not
using CCC to track these hours. This may be available in a future
enhancement. Future enhancements are planned.
Using the application
Enter the following address in any web browser:

(please note the s in https, without it the page cannot be viewed. This
insures that you have a secure, encrypted connection.)

This link will bring up the page to the
left. Your login information is your employee number as your Payroll Id
and your default password is ymca!#### (# = the last four digits of your
SSN) Example: John Doe’s employee number: 4321; Social Security Number:

it to whatever address you want. This is where a new password will be
sent should you forget your password.
New users have a default email address of ymca@heritageymca.org which
needs to be changed to your personal email address. You can also change
your password using the following rules:
-
Must contain at least letter;
-
Passwords are case sensitive;
-
Must contain at least number;
-
Must contain at least one special character
(example: !@#$%^&*()=)

If you forget your password you can enter your Payroll Id (employee number)
and a new password will be emailed to you. When the email comes, it would be
a good idea to copy (highlight the text and press Ctrl+C) and enter the
password by pressing Ctrl+V to paste. The randomly generated passwords are
sent containing both uppercase and lowercase with special characters AND are
case sensitive.
