Indoor Hockey Leagues     The season will consist of 2 one-hour practices and 7 games. Teams consist of 10 players, 4 on 4 games plus a goalie. Sticks and balls are provided in both leagues. Each participant will receive a league jersey. No icing, offsides or body checking in these league. Players need roller blades (indoor roller wheels and brakes only), helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, mouth guards, shin guards and cups. Games will be played according to USA Hockey Inline Playing Rules.
