"Join the YMCA and discover what it means to truly belong!
Build yourself. Build your family. Build your community."Membership is Mission
Our focus is to create small communities at our YMCAs by
supporting each member as they reach their full potential in
spirit, mind and body.
The first job of all YMCA leaders is to build
relationships by engaging and connecting with each member and
facilitating the concerns of members with each other.
Membership is Ownership
Membership is an ever-deepening relationship. Members may find
themselves sharing in the leadership of a program, activity or
event. Through an endless variety of journeys, members develop
their own sense of ownership of their YMCA. We hope your
association with us is as meaningful to you as it is to us.Membership is Local
Each Heritage YMCA branch is local and has its own volunteer
Board of Directors responsible for the stewardship of its own
branch.
The Heritage YMCA Group is a non-profit
corporation providing leadership and resources to all of our
local branches serving the Aurora, Naperville and Oswego
communities. |

Fee Assistance
The YMCA is
proud of its heritage and commitment to make its character-building,
family-enriching programs available to everyone in the communities
we serve. Annually, we receive support from hundreds of members,
community leaders and businesses who believe in our purpose. They
contribute generously to our Strong Kids Campaign, investing in
youth and families. These funds are distributed on a sliding needs
scale to families with a documented financial need in our
communities. Drop by any Heritage YMCA branch for an application. |
